Data Processing Consent Agreement

Hereby, in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, you confirm your consent to the processing of your personal data by POLYMER-APPARAT: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), use, transfer solely for the purpose of selling software in your name, as described below, blocking, depersonalization, destruction.

POLYMER-APPARAT guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of the effective execution of orders, contracts, and other obligations undertaken by POLYMER-APPARAT as mandatory.

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the software copyright holder, distributor, or reseller for the purpose of software registration in your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. POLYMER-APPARAT guarantees that the software copyright holder, distributor, or reseller protects personal data under terms similar to those set forth in the Personal Data Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to the following personal data: last name, first name and patronymic, email address, shipping postal address, contact phone number, payment details.

The term of consent is unlimited. You may revoke this consent at any time by sending a written notification to the address: Leskolovo, st. 2A Zelenaya st, marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.

Please note that the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of your account from the website (https://polymer-apparat.ru/en/), as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of POLYMER-APPARAT, which may result in the impossibility of using the internet services of POLYMER-APPARAT.

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate, and reliable, and that its provision does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the legal rights and interests of third parties. All the information provided has been filled out by me personally.
