Rosatom includes all Russian civilian nuclear companies, enterprises of the nuclear weapons complex, scientific research organizations, as well as the nuclear icebreaking fleet. Rosatom manages Russia's nuclear power plants.
The state Corporation is a leader in the global nuclear industry, ranks fifth in the world in terms of uranium reserves and fifth in terms of production, fourth in the world in nuclear energy production, controls 40% of the global market for uranium enrichment services and 16.3% of the nuclear fuel market.
