The Yuzhnouralsky Plant is an important link in our company's production chain and a key innovation center in the field of current–limiting fuses.
History and achievements
In 2008, we launched the production of current-limiting fuses of the PKT type for a voltage of 3-35 kV. This project has become an important milestone in the history of our company, and from the very first releases our products have gained the trust of customers from Russian electric grid companies and the railway industry. To ensure the high quality of the products, a special metal stamping site was quickly opened, necessary for the production of fuse contacts, and the production of cartridges for them was organized.
Today, the Yuzhnouralsky plant is:
• Modern production facilities with the highest quality standards that meet international requirements.
• Annual production of over 300,000 reliable and efficient products.
• A significant contribution to the overall production capacity of Polymer Apparat, which ensures sustainable growth.
• Full localization of production based on local sources of raw materials, which contributes to the economic development of the region.

The entire product line of the plant is accredited by Rosseti and includes the following names:
• Current-limiting fuses PKT and PKN
• Current-limiting fuses of PKE and PKEN
• PKB-10 high-voltage fuses
• Low-voltage fuses of the PN-2 series
• RVR arresters for 6 and 10 kV
The manufactured products include the most advanced innovative and technological solutions. In particular, porcelain-made semiconductor varistors based on zinc oxide of our own production are used in classical RVO arresters.
