The Malovishersky Glass Factory is an enterprise with a rich history that began at the beginning of the 20th century. The factory was known for its glass products, including New Year toys, which were very popular throughout the country. Its products were considered the standard of quality, and the plant itself became an important part of the cultural and industrial life of the region.
A special feature of the plant has always been the usage of traditional glass blowing technology by glassblowers. Even today, the factory continues to produce glass tubes created manually using this skill, which allows to preserve the continuity of traditions and ensure high quality products.
However, the plant ceased operations in the 1990s due to economic difficulties and the crisis in the country. Production lines were shut down, buildings and equipment fell into disrepair. The Malovishersky glass factory, which delighted families with glass New Year toys, turned out to be abandoned.
The revival of the plant became possible thanks to Polymer Apparat, which not only restored the enterprise, but also carried out a large-scale reconstruction. The modern technologies were introduced as part of the modernization. Equipment was updated and new production lines were launched.

After a large-scale reconstruction, the plant specializes in the production of high-quality glass insulators, which are used for high-voltage power lines.
In addition to the production of insulators, the plant has established an injection molding production of linear fittings made of aluminum.

Thanks to the reconstruction and launch of new production facilities, the plant has again become an important link in the industrial system of the region. The FULL-CYCLE plant was launched in 2015 in the village of Leskolovo (Leningrad region). It is a key asset of the company. A unique production of Surge Arresters has been created at several production sites:
• A full production cycle: from the preparation of a component mixture for the production of semiconductor varistors to the packaging of finished products of SANp
• A system of 100% control of the output parameters of all products

We produce a wide range of SANp for various voltage classes and operating conditions:

• SAN of low voltage classes: 0.4 kV, 0.66 kV, 1 kV
• SAN of medium voltage classes: 3 kV, 6 kV, 10 kV
• SAN of high voltage classes: 35 kV, 110 kV, 150 kV, 220 kV
• SAN of ultra-high voltage classes: 330 kV, 500 kV

In 2008, we launched the production of current-limiting fuses of the PKT type for a voltage of 3-35 kV. This project has become an important milestone in the history of our company, and from the very first releases our products have gained the trust of customers from Russian electric grid companies and the railway industry. To ensure the high quality of the products, a special metal stamping site was quickly opened, necessary for the production of fuse contacts, and the production of cartridges for them was organized.
